What You’ll Do

This position is responsible for accurately scanning loan files, signature cards and other documents into the Banks loan imaging repository, OnBase. They must ensure that documents are properly classified within OnBase and diligently watch for mechanical problems that may occur such as paper jams, or the scanning of multiple pages at the same time. Once scanning has been completed, reconstruct the physical file and return it to its original location. Keep log of files that have been scanned.

This opening is a temporary position for a 6-month assignment.

Responsibilities Include

• Scan loans and documents, indexes multiple document batches
• Maintain scanner equipment and maintenance records
• Coordinate on-site repair if required and ensure a clean and organized workspace
• Comply with all applicable Banking compliance rules and regulations established by both internal departments and external agencies

• Quantity- Meet productivity standards, complete assigned work in a timely manner
• Compliance- Adhere to Bank Policies and regulations

Qualifications

• High School diploma and one or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with computerized filing systems and operations procedures, including records management software
• Knowledge of bank documents and OnBase software a plus

Pay Range (Hourly): $20.00 - $22.00/hour
