What You’ll Do
The System Administrator manages and monitors computer hardware, server and communications systems to ensure acceptable performance, and maintains the security and integrity of Bank systems and information. This role will recommend and implement infrastructure changes. They will also monitor and manage IT vendors.
Responsibilities Include
- Monitor and respond to alerts: Review and respond to security, performance, and system alerts, documenting actions taken.
- Email and support management: Address emails, document results, and manage support requests, troubleshooting common issues.
- System maintenance: Install and maintain hardware/software for servers and communications and manage system configurations.
- Microsoft services: Configure and maintain Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Online, Azure (Entra), and associated services like SSO, Conditional Access, and AD Connect.
- Security management: Maintain and configure security solutions.
- Network management: Manage SD-WAN, Firewalls, Switches, and Wireless AP’s.
- Backup and disaster recovery: Ensure backup systems function properly, perform disaster recovery testing, and document results.
- Collaboration and reporting: Assist the CIO and ISO with data collection, security matters, and risk assessments.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and 5 years related experience and/or training required; or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Experience with DHCP, DNS, Active Directory and Group Policy required
- Experience with Microsoft products (Exchange Online, Azure, SSO, Azure Connect) required
- Experience with Forcepoint, Cisco Firewalls\VPN, Velocloud Orchestrator preferred
- Experience with LANSweeper, EndPoint Central, Crowdstike, preferred

Pay Range (Salary): $75,000.00 - $80,000.00/year
