What You’ll Do
This role is responsible for the accurate setup and funding of loans within core systems, ensuring proper payment structures and data integrity. The position supports pre-funding and funding activities while maintaining compliance and accuracy across all loan boarding processes.
Responsibilities Include
- Board loans to the core system, ensuring accuracy of loan terms, data, and structure.
- Review executed loan documentation prior to funding to confirm completeness and compliance with approvals.
- Verify all funding conditions are met and process loan funding and advance transactions.
- Validate loan details, including rates, terms, maturity dates, and payment schedules.
- Set up loan structures, including escrow accounts, interest reserves, participations, and fee arrangements.
- Process payoff disbursements and wire transactions in accordance with procedures.
- Perform callback verifications in compliance with internal controls and dual-control requirements.
- Process routine maintenance requests, including statement setup, autopay enrollment, and borrower information updates as needed.
- Assist with balancing and reconciliation activities to support accuracy of financial records.
- Provide support for insurance and escrow administration tasks.
- Cross-train in servicing functions to support operational coverage.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental operations

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in loan operations, loan documentation, or financial services support, including exposure to lending products and loan processes within a financial institution.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of loan systems and core banking platforms, with strong data entry accuracy, system navigation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Foundational understanding of loan documentation, closing processes, and lending products, including consumer, commercial, and mortgage loans.

Pay Range (Hourly): $21.00 - $23.00/hour
